Contact us about IT asset disposition

Tell us what you're retiring and we'll scope it: what has to happen to the data, what the hardware is likely worth, and what evidence you'd get at the end. Two fields are required.

For example: about 300 laptops and 80 phones. An estimate is fine.
Timing, what you need to be able to prove at the end, or who has to sign off. Please keep it general: no asset registers, system names, credentials, or patient or student data.

Or call us

### [(484) 636-9934](tel:+14846369934) **8am to 5pm Mountain Time, Monday to Friday.** Or **info@r2revive.com**. A five-minute call often settles more than a form does, and you won't get a script or a sales sequence. We're in Colorado Springs and we process what we collect in our own facility. We'll be straight about what we can and can't do, including the fact that we're not yet certified.

Where to send post

8165 Candleflower Circle Colorado Springs, CO 80920

That's a mailing address. It isn't a drop-off point and there's no public drop-off, so please don't bring equipment there. Collections are arranged and scheduled, and nothing should move before you have written acceptance and transport instructions from us.

Post only. There is no public drop-off, and equipment should never arrive here.

If you're writing a specification

A word of caution first, because it works against us.

If we help shape a solicitation we later bid on, that can be an organizational conflict of interest. In public procurement it can disqualify the bidder, taint the award and expose the buying agency to a protest. So the honest answer is that you should be careful who you ask, including us.

What we can do without that problem: point you at the published standards and the primary sources, which are the same ones on this site. If you want a market conversation before a solicitation exists, ask several vendors the same questions rather than one, and tell your procurement office you did.

For procurement and vendor onboarding

If you're running a vendor assessment, send us the questionnaire. We'd rather answer a structured one than a general inquiry, because a questionnaire tells us exactly which evidence you need and in what format.

Where a control isn't in place yet, the answer will say so rather than describing an intention as though it were a procedure.

Paperwork first, pallets second. That order matters to procurement.
